*please be aware both of our plans are meant to offer a budgeting scheme. They work on the principle of registering you with the practice for priority access to care, and paying for aspects of your care in advance (depending on level of plan taken out). This means that if you no longer require the plan, it is important you consult with us to arrange cancellation as soon as possible as we do not normally issue retrospective refunds. This is because you will have benefitted from certain aspects of membership of the plan (such as registration with priority emergency access, worldwide emergency assisstance, trauma assisstance) even if you have not visited us or received interventive treatments.
